About Robert Sosinski

Robert leads large and complex firms through mission-critical Digital Transformations with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Engineering. As a Presidential Innovation Fellow at Barack Obama's White House, Robert reformed digital services across the Federal Government, resulting in millions of veterans getting faster access to healthcare and benefits.

Robert was also a senior member of Amazon's acquisition landing team for the $14 billion purchase of Whole Foods. There, Robert advised executive leadership across Amazon and Whole Foods on effectively migrating mission-critical systems onto AWS to launch Prime Now Delivery, Prime Membership Rewards at Checkout, and Whole Foods Groceries on Amazon.com.

Robert also founded Reactive.IO, an engineering firm that builds mission-critical AI powered cloud applications, faster. There, Robert leveraged AWS and Machine Learning to launch globally available real-time financial analysis systems for enterprise customers such as Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, and the National Football League.

Previously, Robert was the VP of Engineering at Ticket Evolution (acquired by Victory Live) and led the development of advanced digital services that serve as the backbone of the event industry’s multi-billion dollar ticket market. Before that, Robert led cloud infrastructure engineering at Sling (acquired by Dish Network) and leveraged AWS to build globally available systems to encoded and serve hundreds of terabytes of HD video for live and on-demand streaming.

Before that, Robert engineered web-scale applications for Time Inc., The University of Pennsylvania, and Switch2Health (acquired by Fitbit). Robert also served in the 70th Intelligence Wing of the U.S. Air Force as a Cryptographic Specialist while stationed in Tokyo, Japan.

Robert holds an Executive Masters in Public Leadership from University of Texas, a M.S. in Management of Technology from New York University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from University of Maryland.
